WEDDINGS
The most serene setting for your ceremony, reception, or both!
We suggest that weddings with smaller guest lists book the Lodge (holds up to 120 guests).
We suggest that weddings with larger guest lists book the Eagles Nest (holds up to 300 guests).
We also have an alternative ceremony location, the Barn. If you are interested in this outside space, let the owner, Marie, know!

What’s Included?
- Friday: 5 hour rehearsal dinner rental*
*these hours include setting up and decorating for the wedding day
- Saturday: 14 hour wedding day rental (8am - 10pm)
- Sunday: 2 hour pick-up time for leftover items (8am - 10am)
- Tables and chairs (preset by staff)
- Table linens, chair covers, chair ties/bows
- Bartending services (RAMP certified staff!)
- Our LIMO GOLF CART (*weather dependent!) for property transportation, pictures, and joy rides! (For the bride, groom, groomsmen, and bridesmaids only)
- The BRIDAL CABIN (A tucked away cabin near a small pond - a place where the bride and her bridesmaids can get their hair and makeup done)

PAYMENT TIMELINE
- To book a date: $500 (this deposit is part of your total balance and is non-refundable)
- 6 months before the wedding: 1/2 of the total amount is due
- 60 days before the wedding: the total amount, the purchase and proof of one-day rider/event insurance, and an additional security deposit of $1,000 are all due
Your $1,000 security deposit will be returned to you IN FULL once the lodge and property are examined for any damages or lost/stolen items.

5-HOUR LODGE RENTAL
$750.00
{$100 every additional hour beyond 5 hours}
Please note: These hours include time to set up and decorate as well as time to clean up from the event. We also do not rent past 6pm on Sundays.
*FRIDAY & SUNDAY RENTALS during the wedding season
→ If a Saturday is available (no wedding booked), we will allow a party rental, but the price may vary during peak season (May 1 - October 31).
*FRIDAY, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY RENTALS available during the off-season
